Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SweeterMail ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

SweeterMail is an email hosting and management service that allows users to:

• Host email accounts on their own domains
• Send, receive, and manage email messages
• Configure multiple domains and email addresses
• Access email through web and mobile interfaces

User Accounts

To access our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited emails, or violate anti-spam laws
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

Domain Requirements

To use our email hosting service:

• You must own or have authorization to use the domains you configure
• You are responsible for configuring DNS records correctly
• You must comply with domain registrar requirements
• We reserve the right to suspend service for domains used inappropriately

Payment and Billing

Our Service operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees as described in your chosen plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize automatic recurring payments through Stripe
• Pay any applicable taxes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment. All sales are final and no refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service, unused portions of subscription periods, or early termination of service.

Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Emergency repairs
• Infrastructure upgrades
• Force majeure events

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and will:

• Store your data securely using AWS infrastructure
• Not access your email content except when necessary for service operation
• Honor data deletion requests upon account termination

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lifeware Tech LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SweeterMail or Lifeware Tech LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
